We provide care that addresses issues that appear suddenly and need immediate treatment.
Long-Term Care for Chronic Illness
We provide care that addresses long-term medical diagnoses such as diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, etc.
Laboratory Services & Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
We order routine lab work at no cost to our patients. We also provide in-house EKGs for out patients.
Referrals
For patients requiring specialty care, we refer them to outside clinics for additional services at a discounted cost for patients who qualify for financial assistance programs.

The Yellow Card
The Yellow Card
Patients apply for a yellow card at their first visit, this card indicates
they qualify to be seen at Al-Aqsa Clinic.
*Note: To qualify for the yellow card, you must not qualify for public
or private insurance (i.e., Medicaid, Medicare, NC Health Choice, Veterans'
Benefits). Household income should be no more than 200% of the Federal poverty
level.
